The symbol in our logo means "to transcend beyond your own ability". We strive towards this as a personal goal in our work and we aim to empower our clients to do the same.
Oxford Adams is a talent agency based in the heart of Soho, where our network is on our doorstep.
As a collective, our aim is to provide a healthy career for our clients while remaining open and honest to help them achieve their goals. We are at the forefront of this fast paced industry and we are always looking at new ideas on how to promote and grow our clients' work.
The agency consists of Simon, Steven and Amy. Whilst we operate separate lists, we all have a grasp of the clients' work across the whole agency.
Managing Director & Agent
Simon had a successful career as a performer and hung up his dancing shoes in 2012 and set up Oxford Adams, and now has a very successful list of clients working within Musical Theatre.
Simon understands what it takes to progress within the industry and wants to personally guide and advise his clients to achieve their dreams and goals.
He has secured contracts for clients in Hamilton, Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, The Book of Mormon, Thriller, Chicago, Matilda, CATS, Rocky Horror Show, Dirty Dancing, Ghost, White Christmas, Mamma Mia, Mary Poppins, Funny Girl, Hairspray, Motown, Flashdance, Aladdin and many more.
Steven grew up on the Suffolk coast, before moving to the other side of the country to Liverpool to study Music, Theatre & Entertainment Management at LIPA.
He began his career on the casting side of the industry, working for Pippa Ailion Casting, assisting them on the casting of many West End shows, as well as Telsey & Co. on the hit Disney film Into The Woods.
Steven’s first foray into agent life came when he interned at Amanda Howard Associates in 2012, before moving to become Phil Belfield’s assistant at Belfield & Ward, and after three years they gave him the opportunity to work with his own select list of clients.
Steven’s list works across Theatre, Television and Film.
After growing up in Dorking, Amy moved to the Midlands and studied Film at The University of Warwick.
Whilst there she dabbled in Student Radio, becoming Head of Arts and having her own show reviewing Theatre, Film and Television.
She began her career in the industry in 2016 after graduating, working for 10 months in an agency before moving onto Narrow Road for a year and half.
Amy is excited to bring her drive to help others succeed and achieve their dreams. She is passionate about helping and giving opportunities to people whom the industry isn’t easily accessible.
